Abstract


THE EVALUATION OF THE LESSON PLAN CONCERNING FRACTIONAL OPERATIONS
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the lesson plan prepared about fractional operations. In this study, data was gathered using quantitative and qualitative methods. The study was realized on 23, 6th grade students. As for data collection, achievement test (as pre- test, post-test) and interview form were used. In the data analysis, paired-samples t test and descriptive analysis were used. As a result of the study, there is a significant difference between pre-test, pos-test scores concerning achievement test . Also, there is a significant difference between pre-test, pos-test scores concerning at the level of knowledge, comprehension and application. This output- input difference can be evaluated as a success of lesson plan and can be decided that the applied plan is efficient. Also, it was seen that the students have gained positive affective characteristics oriented the lesson taught using station technique.
